Job Description
- +10 years min. experience in the same position
- Bachelor\'s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities.
- Quantity take off
- Estimation and BOQ preparation
- Preparing documents for tender submission
- Preparing documents for inquires to subcontractors
- Material inquiry
- Specifications and price comparison
- BOQ price and scope of works verification
- Preparation, negotiation and follow up on variations
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
