Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Preparing tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the architect and/or client
Pricing all variations in accordance with contract terms and project changes
Issuing monthly valuation reports and progress payment applications
Assisting in cost planning, budgeting, and financial control of projects
Ensuring that all measurements, quantities, and valuations are accurate and well documented
Liaising with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients to support commercial and contractual matters
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction and engineering sector (UAE experience preferred)
Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, BOQs, and valuation procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and QS/estimation software
Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work within deadlines and support multiple projects
