Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
3-7 years' experience in Fit-Out & Retrofit (B2C) projects
Strong technical, cost management, and project coordination skills
Proficiency in QS and project management software (AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and B2C fit-out practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
UAE resident
Responsibilities:
Cost planning, estimation, and BOQ preparation
Measurement and quantity take-off expertise
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Project coordination and contract administration
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Time management and reporting
