Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
- Should have at least 4 years of experience in construction in the UAE
- Prepare Tenders & Bill of Quantities.
- Prepare Sub-contracts and Specifications.
- Evaluate variation orders of on-going projects, Preparation of Progress Billing, Materials Report and Monthly Progress Report before endorsing to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
- Prepare the actual quantity of materials to be used in construction.
- Supervision on the entire construction period.
- Registration that involves recording of document relating to Document Reference, Document Title, Current Revision Number, Date of Issue/Revision.
