Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in cost estimation and financial management of construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
