Job Description
We're hiring for a skilled, reliable, efficient Quantity Surveyor to join our growing organization. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Engineer, or related field. 5 years work experience on general construction estimating experience, construction experience or related field. Proficient in computer skills. Able to analyze financial records and apply date to improve results. Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and financial reports. Experience at compiling and following strict budget, strong estimating and financial analysis skills. In-depth understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry.
