Quantity Surveyor Swimming Pools & Landscape
Job Description
Responsibilities
Assessing the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for pool & Landscape construction projects.
Developing and managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
Procuring materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with construction projects, such as cost overruns and delays.
Measuring and quantifying the materials needed for construction based on project plans and specifications.
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or functionality.
Monitoring project costs throughout the construction process and implementing strategies to control expenses.
Assessing and managing changes to the scope of work, including evaluating their impact on costs and schedules.
Preparing the final account with contractors and subcontractors upon project completion.
Preparing accurate quotes for pricing and building estimates for special items by gathering information and analyzing materials and job costing.
Qualifications :
BSc (Hons) In Quantity Surveying - RICS / CIOB Accredited Degree
2 years experience in QS role particularly in Swimming Pools & Landscape industry
Expertise in AutoCAD, Plan Swift and costing software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
