Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Manager with a strong background in QS/Estimation - swimming pool & Landscape and a proven track record within the construction or contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial, financial, and contractual matters across multiple Pool & Landscape/construction projects. Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow projections. Review and manage contract terms, variations, claims, and commercial risks. Coordinate with the QS, procurement, project teams, and Accounts departments for project profitability. Conduct value engineering exercises and provide commercial insight for strategic decision-making. Prepare and review monthly commercial reports and ensure revenue recognition in accordance with project progress. Lead the negotiation and finalization of subcontracts and supplier agreements. Monitor client invoicing, collections, and payment terms to maintain healthy cash flow. Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal and contractual obligations.
Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial manager role within the construction or contracting industry. Strong understanding of FIDIC and other contract types used in the industry. Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/project accounting software is an advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
