Jazeerat Al Hadeed Metallic CONT IND LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a

minimum of 3 years of UAE experience

specifically in

steel fabrication and structural installation

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for steel and structural projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop detailed BOQs. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for cost control and quantity verification. Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes and assist in procurement planning. Monitor budgets, variations, and maintain cost tracking reports. Assist with contract administration, progress claims, and project closeouts. Ensure project compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years UAE experience

in

quantity surveying for steel fabrication and structural works

. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., PlanSwift, CCS, etc.). Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
