Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other
- documentation
- Study and gain knowledge in the required specifications in Architectural
- Structural, Landscaping, and Infrastructure
- Study the project contracts.
- Study and review drawings; calculate and prepare take of quantity for
- Structural, Architectural, Landscaping (Hardscape and Softscape), and Road works
- Structural works for Bridges based from approved drawings and specifications
- To gather data for the coordinates and levels for making a land area, Contours,
- Terrain and Sections for cut and fill using computer software (LandDesktop CAD)
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust the budget
- Projections accordingly
- Prepare estimates and variation works
- Checking and verifying all invoices from the subcontractor
- Study and check the Contracts for all subcontractors
- Prepare and evaluate Payment Applications & Certificates
- Prepare and maintain all records to all subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s agreements and payments
- prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for subcontract works and update cash flow.
- Track the work done on site and monitor the manpower
- Coordinate with the Subcontractors and the Suppliers
- Track the input and output of materials used in construction site
- Review and study drawings for materials required, prepare material list,
- Sending queries and clarifications, attend meetings, prepare sections and write
- Material Specifications for Structural, Architectural and Landscaping works
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering
- 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in UAE
- Have a knowledge in layer components and materials for road works
- Have knowledge and skills in computer drafting or software that can be used in making detailed design drawings.
- Have knowledge in the planning program of the project
