Job Description
Job Role includes: Review architectural and civil plans and prepare quantity needs. Perform quantity take-off. Provide cost estimate of materials. Prepares architectural and civil specifications and bill of quantities for projects. perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs. prepare and analyses project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
