Job Description
01 \xe2\x80\x93 Carry out the MEP/Fit-Out Quantity Surveying duties on the project should have great communication skills in Bahrain. and Excellent communication skills - Negotiation with vendors & sub-contractors 02 - Must have good knowledge of preparing BOQ, Estimation, Pre Tenders, and post-construction details. 03 - Meeting & Site visit with clients to discuss project requirements.- Submitting contract documents and tenders. All related commercial and contractual requirements. Should have experience in taking off measurements from drawings, Multitasking-site management, 04 - Preparing estimations, preparing tender documents, pricing the BOQ items Details, etc. 05 - Planning & progress monitoring, In software such as primavera p6/ Plan Swift, auto CAD, Microsoft Excel etc. 06 - Extra work & variation claims with BOQ & Rate analysis & rate breakdown for new jobs. 07 - Monthly Bills, Main bills, Subcontractor billings, Subcontractor contractual agreements & Taking quantities 08 - Read & understand construction Architectural interior drawings, Structural, MEP services, Landscape & shop drawings & up to as built. 09 - Procurement & Purchasing -selective tools, materials, methodology etc. further, Preparing monthly -weekly -cash follow & progress reports. Job Type: Full-time Salary: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month Application Question(s):
