Job Description
for Sr. Quantity Surveyor:
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Experience as Quantity surveyor: 10-12 Years ( Gulf Experience of min 2-3 years must) Job profile: . 10 years working experience as Quantity surveyor. . Experience in construction projects at oil and gas field. . Must have experience & knowledge in Civil . Able to arrive quantities from Civil drawing . Conduct field survey and verify the executed quantities Vs planned quantities . Able to review and certify the subcontractor / vendor invoices and quantities . Can able to prepare accurate quantities / cost estimation for construction project. . Can able to determine material, labor and equipment requirement by evaluating project plans and specifications. . Work with site engineers and contractors to ensure accurate project reporting / costing. . Conduct site visit to assess project progress reports detailing project quantity variation and recommendation. . Experience in handling total stations and can able to generate reports. . Good experience in MS office. . Experience in handling advance version on AutoCAD.
