Job Description
We are hiring a
Quantity Surveyor (Projects)
with a strong background inindustrial and building construction
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration for construction projects.Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field UAE Driving License is
mandatory
4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry Hands-on experience with interim payments, subcontractor billing, quantity take-offs, variations, and construction contracts Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques Familiar with contract administration, particularly underFIDIC
conditions Proficient in Microsoft Excel andPlanSwift
