Job Description
We are urgently seeking a
Quantity Surveyor
with expertise inpre-tender and post-tender activities
. The candidate will support our projects in cost planning, tendering, contract management, and financial control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
Reviewsubcontractor quotations
and prepare comparison sheets Managecontract reviews, commercial risks, and obligations
Handlevariations, claims, and project cost control
Coordinate withconsultants, clients, and project teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Minimum5 years of experience
in pre/post tender QS Strong knowledge ofcontracts, procurement, and costing
Proficient inMS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
