As we scale with precision, creativity, and efficiency, we're hiring a senior Quantity Surveyor who can lead cost planning, value engineering, and financial control across all projects--from pre-contract to execution.

The Role



We're looking for a

hybrid Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer / Cost Controller

with a strong civil engineering background. You'll own the

end-to-end project costing function

: from material and labor planning to quotation, budgeting, value engineering, and post-contract cost control. You must thrive in both technical detail and commercial foresight--supporting both project execution and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities



Pre-Contract Costing & BOQs

Prepare accurate material, manpower, and equipment estimates for landscaping, civil, and interior works. Lead pre-tender budgeting, value engineering, and supplier benchmarking. Create quotation packs with complete cost breakdowns, linked to project specs and timelines.

Project Planning & Material Control

Align project timelines with labor, equipment, and material plans. Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely mobilization. Support ERP system input with accurate quantity and cost data.

Cost Monitoring & Post-Contract Control

Track actual vs. budgeted costs throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor variations, change orders, and margin risks. Support invoicing and cash flow planning based on completed works.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with design, project, procurement, and finance teams. Support authority approvals: DM, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES, and other developers. Prepare project-wise reports for leadership with key cost and timeline insights.

What We're Looking For



Education & Certifications



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer Card (Mandatory) Valid UAE Society of Engineers License UAE Driving License

Experience



5+ years in Quantity Surveying, Project Planning, or Cost Control Experience in landscape, civil, or interior project environments Proven ability to estimate, control, and report across complex projects Strong ERP/quotation tool familiarity (preferred)

Skills & Attributes



Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and market rates in Dubai Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project/Primavera or similar tools Meticulous, deadline-driven, and highly accountable Strong commercial awareness with project management mindset Ability to think like a builder anda CFO
