A successful Quantity Surveyor will have :

Proven track record - at least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Must have worked in the UK and have GCC experinece.
High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
MRICS chartership required.
Strong pre-contract experience.
Portfolio of building experience (e.g. residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments).
Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
Available to start in Q1 or beginning of Q2.
