Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in MEP quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
