Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates for MEP works
Manage tendering, procurement, and contractor negotiations
Monitor project costs and update budgets regularly
Review and process variations and change orders
Ensure contractual compliance and resolve claims/issues
Collaborate with project teams to optimize project costs
Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 8-12 years UAE experience, preferably in real estate or construction sectors
Knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes in UAE
