Industrial Thermal Insulation and renewable energy sector
, is seeking a proactive and technically competent Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities of industrial piping and equipment insulation for Power, desal and petrochemical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project requirements.
Conduct site visits, survey, and prepare technical assessments and BOQs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP firms, FM companies, and end users.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM/ERP entries.
Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of
Industrial
Thermal Insulation and metal Roof ventilator & skylight installations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Arabic-speaking candidates - Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Industrial Thermal Insulation and PEB building (UAE experience preferred).
