to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, quantity take-offs, contract administration, and commercial control of MEP works across ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP works.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
Prepare and submit interim payment applications and final accounts.
Measure site progress and certify subcontractor payments.
Identify, evaluate, and prepare variations and variation orders (VOs).
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and support procurement activities.
Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on commercial matters.
Maintain accurate records for claims, variations, and cost reports.
Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
Experience in handling variations, claims, and final accounts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
UAE experience preferred.
