Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, contracts, and BOQs
Ability to handle cost estimation, variation orders, and final accounts
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons
Handle interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams
Ensure cost control and compliance with project requirements

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
