We are looking for an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with a strongMEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
background to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience invilla projects and data centers
, excellent knowledge of MEP systems, and familiarity with UAE market standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
cost estimates
for MEP works including materials, labor, and equipment. Review and analyzetender documents
, drawings, and specifications for accurate pricing. PrepareBOQs (Bill of Quantities)
and assist in tender submissions. Monitor project costs and preparecost control reports
to ensure budget compliance. Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices and progress claims. Conductvalue engineering
to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Managecontract administration
, including variations, claims, and final accounts. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost-related decisions. Ensure compliance withlocal regulations and company standards
. Prepare periodicfinancial reports
for management and clients.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus. Proven experience invilla projects and data center MEP works
. Strong knowledge ofMEP systems, materials, and market rates
. Proficiency inMS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software
. Familiarity withUAE construction standards and regulations
. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.UAE experience preferred
; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
