Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong academic foundation.
Demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specializing in mechanical engineering projects.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Proficient in using relevant quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
