Quantity Surveyor – Marine Civil Construction
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and payment applications for customers and vendors
Handle cost planning, budget control, and cost reporting across multiple projects
Support project managers with financial forecasting and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and standards
Maintain documentation for cost audits and financial evaluations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Prior experience in marine civil construction is an advantage
Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and BOQ preparation
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
Familiar with local building codes and regulations
Must be currently available in the UAE and able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
