Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize contract documents, attend post-contract meetings, and ensure timely collection of bonds, insurances, and warranties. Monitor project budgets, prepare cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, and carry out cost-value reconciliation to keep management informed of project performance. Conduct site visits for measurement, prepare interim and final valuations, and follow up on payment certificates and client payments. Detect variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare, submit, negotiate, and follow up on variations. Liaise with project team and head office staff, attend meetings, and support all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum 6 years of experience in swimming pool construction/ landscape. Civil Engineering Degree/ HSN in Quantity Surveying
