Quantity Surveyor (joinery & Fitout)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Fitout Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating joinery fitout projects, ensuring accurate quantification, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage joinery fitout tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure accurate quantification
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve joinery fitout issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 1-3 year of experience in joinery fitout quantity surveying
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and project management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
