We are seeking a highly experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

cost control, BOQ preparation, budget management, and cost efficiency

for

high-rise and luxury villa projects

. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure

accurate project cost estimation and financial control

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

based on project specifications and drawings. Monitor, control, and report on

project costs, budgets, and financial performance

. Evaluate and manage

variations

,

claims

, and

procurement processes

. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure

accurate cost estimation

and efficient execution of projects. Maintain and prepare

cost reports

and other project-related documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in

quantity surveying

for

high-rise or luxury villa projects

. Proven experience in

cost management for building projects

. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimating software).
