Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both MEP and Civil projects, with a strong ability to take off quantities accurately and efficiently. Additionally, knowledge of local suppliers and pricing is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quantity take-offs for MEP and Civil projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project budgets.
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the UAE construction industry.
Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of MEP and Civil construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
