We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor - Electrical
for one of our clients with the following details:Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12 months - extendable based on project requirement - Contract Hire
Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts
Work Status: Single
Qualification and Experience Required:
5 and above years of experience in the field Site experience is a must. Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred. Requiring maximum one month notice. Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 5 years ISO certificate is a plus Bachelor's degree in electrical or other relevant engineering disciplines. Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Services Description
Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates for electrical installations, equipment, and systems across all project stages. Review Electrical Drawings and specifications to determine quantities and pricing for materials and labor. Monitor Project Budgets and ensure financial performance is in line with planned targets. Assess Contractor/Subcontractor Claims and certify progress payments in accordance with contract terms. Track Variations and Change Orders, ensuring accurate pricing, approvals, and documentation. Prepare Final Accounts and Reports, ensuring timely and accurate project closeout and financial reconciliation.
