Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
- Cost evaluation and budget management
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Contract administration and project reporting
- Identifying and managing contract risks
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of post-contract experience in construction
- Proven experience with a main contractor in the UAE
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
