Minimum 2 years of UAE Experience required.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for construction projects.
Measure and value construction work completed on-site.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely payments.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on costs and value.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety standards.
Assist in the procurement process and in negotiating contracts.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
