Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
Track project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
Manage payments, valuations, and final accounts.
Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and regulations.
