A reputable Construction Company in Dubai is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in Contracting Company. The candidate shall be experienced in the followings and shall be available to join on immediate basis:Prepare works to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related document
Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintain cost data base, floating enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within.
Attend progress meetings and provide updates to the Client with projection of costs as required; Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations, Special payments in accordance with contract.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. Employment Type
