A high profile interior and architectural design Company, seeks:
Posizione:
As a Quantity Surveyor at our firm, you will play an integral role in managing costs, reducing financial risk, and ensuring value for money on a variety of construction projects. Your main responsibilities will include:- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Coordinating with project architects and other professionals to gather information for valuations.
- Monitoring and keeping track of project costs and preparing detailed reports.
- Managing budgets and conducting risk analysis.
- Administering contractor payments and managing contracts.
- Advising on legal and contractual matters.
- Providing post-occupancy advice, facilities management services, and life cycle costing advice.
- Ensuring that all work complies with quality, safety, and legal standards.
Requisiti:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an architectural or construction environment.
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software. (primavera and Microsoft project )
- Thorough understanding of UAE construction laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
