We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and have a good understanding of the construction industry. They must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Estimate costs for materials, equipment, and labor for construction projects.

Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine the cost of the project.

Monitor progress of the project to ensure that it is within the budget.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment for the project.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor and report on the financial status of the project.

Prepare payment certificates and invoices.

Provide advice on contractual and financial matters.

Resolve any disputes arising from the project.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

Excellent understanding of the construction industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and applications.

Salary AED 15K- 18K + benefits as per the UAE law
