Job Summary: Looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in a relevant course
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on building facade envelope projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit software required
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management principles
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
Must be familiar with relevant industry standards, codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated attitude
