JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and evaluating the cost to take on that project. Responsibilities
- Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior-Fit Out Projects
- Taking-off measurements from CAD drawings
- Cost estimation for Joinery and other fit out related works
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
- Post contract cost and contract management
- Good AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
- Minimum 7 years UAE experience is mandatory
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Urgent hiring
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- 5 YEARS (Required)
- LICENSED ENGINEER (Required)
