Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor manages project costs and contracts, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. This role prepares cost estimates, monitors expenditures, and provides commercial advice to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering degree in relevant field from recognized institution
Bilingual English and Arabic is a must
Minimum Experience of 10 years
Strong cost estimating and valuation skills
Knowledge of contract frameworks
* Attention to detail and reporting ability
