Responsible for preparing project cost estimates, bills of quantities, and payment applications, managing all project documentation, and supporting basic QA/QC activities. Duties include:
Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
Measuring works from drawings and site for payment purposes.
Preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications to clients.
Reviewing subcontractor payment claims and coordinating approvals.
Maintaining and organizing all project documents, correspondence, and records.
Ensuring proper version control and tracking of all submissions and approvals.
Assisting QA/QC team by maintaining inspection records, material approvals, and compliance documents.
Coordinating with site teams to ensure QA/QC checklists and reports are completed.
Supporting audits and ensuring documentation is in line with company quality standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
