Job Description

:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Source construction materials
• Preparing reports, letters, and analyses.
• Adjust budget projections according to changes to the design and/or construction work.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers , project managers, site engineers, and Engineers in other sections etc.
• Overseeing document control activities.
• Document progress, materials, and reports on project
• Keeping track / record of workshop, Fabrication drawings and submittals.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing office and inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Dubai.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft MUST.
• Knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.
• Flexible attitude.
• Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.
