Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (Chartered status is an advantage)
15+ years' experience in construction QS & planning
Strong background in contract management for major infrastructure projects
Experience in monthly valuations, SI/VO/Claims preparation, and contractor claim assessment
Knowledge of FIDIC & Qatar General Conditions of Contract
Ability to resolve commercial issues, variations & EOT evaluations
Experience with arbitration processes is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills and strong technical/report writing skills
Proven leadership and coordination capability
