Quantity Surveyor – Civil
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Conduct material take-offs and procurement planning.
Manage contractual correspondence and negotiations.
Monitor project costs and update financial forecasts.
Assess variations and change orders.
Conduct site visits for progress and quality control.
Prepare interim and final payment claims.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Proven experience in civil project cost management.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and laws.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations preferred.
