Please note that the role is based in our office headquarters at Umm Al Quwain. Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Risk evaluation, cost estimation, and value management. \xc2\xb7 Preparing and calculating the approximate cost of project implementation (preparation of RFP\xe2\x80\x99s / RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s) \xc2\xb7 The examination and evaluation of bids. \xc2\xb7 Continuously collaborate Procurement, Engineering, and Management to optimize tender solutions and idea from handover to submission to maximize tender winning prospects. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring monthly cost reports that include budgets, certified to date, paid to date, approved variations, variations in process, variations anticipated, etc. \xc2\xb7 Create insurance and bond needs, check for approvals, and ensure safekeeping. \xc2\xb7 Manages contracts for professional indemnity, insurance, bonds, and their safekeeping and renewal. \xc2\xb7 Audit of financial claims and modificatory activity. \xc2\xb7 Construct payments in accordance with the assessment of the completed task. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions, contracts, and project-related documentation. \xc2\xb7 Constraint review for advisory and contractor contracts. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with industry-standard construction contracts. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferably from construction industry. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record working for a contractual firm. \xc2\xb7 Expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract tenders. \xc2\xb7 Have a keen analytical mindset to evaluate the feasibility, cost implications, and potential benefits of different project variants. \xc2\xb7 Have a solid understanding of MEP and Civil Works. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with making use of measurements and mathematical calculations is required in order to carry out site surveys.
