About the job Project Quantity Surveyor - CIVIL PROJECT
Support Project team by preparing Budgets, Variation orders, Cost analysis and identify the losses and Gain of project in terms of resources and time.
Job Accountability areas:
- Project Quantity Surveyor
Support Project team by preparing Budgets, Variation orders, Cost analysis and identify the losses and Gain of project in terms of resources and time.
Job Accountability areas:
- Preparation and Finalization of Budget of Project
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications
- Cost Control and Monitoring
- Variation and Change Management - Evaluate and manage variations and change requests during the construction process
- Claims Management - preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contractual claims.
- Cost Reporting - Prepare regular cost reports, including cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analysis.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quantity surveying
