Job Responsibility for Quantity Surveyor - civil (Certified QS by RICS)

A civil engineering background with 10 years' experience plus RICS qualification is must. Good knowledge of construction costs management and Contracts Management. Good knowledge of construction activities like buildings, pipelines, foundations, Earthworks, roads, piling and general civil works. Able to take off Bills of Quantities /MTO from drawings & prepare VOWD backups /Excel sheets/documents to support the Invoice. Having good knowledge of Construction Cost estimation, Variation orders (Site Instructions, & Star rates) /Productivity & Claims. Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, risk assessments, and other documents. Having good experience in the Reconciliation of Bills of Quantities & Construction Materials. Liaise with Clients & other construction professionals for certifications of Invoice / SR/Sis/VOWD from clients. Excellent attention to detail, Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Having good communication skills. Date of Joining - Immediate Period of Contract :2 months or extendable Food, accommodation and transportation will be by client Visa will be provided by Aarvi Encon Limited
