: Quantity Surveyor - Building & Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi Must )
We are looking for a qualified
Quantity Surveyor
to join our team for
building and infrastructure projects
across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and commercial expertise, a solid understanding of local construction markets, and experience working in consultancy environments.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
7 years of total experience
, including at least
2 years in a similar position
within a related industry
Certification:
RICS registration
(mandatory or preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in
preparing tender documents
, including
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Strong
knowledge of construction rates and cost databases
within the UAE market
Experience in
consultancy
,
building
, and
infrastructure design projects
Skills:
Excellent analytical and cost management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in quantity surveying and tendering software
