Overview
The Quantity Surveyor (Villas) will be responsible for managing all aspects of post-contract commercial administration for villa projects. This includes cost control, contract compliance, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual obligations.
Your role

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills
