Your responsibilities will include:
Working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Procuring subcontractors.
Maintaining the commercial control of subcontract packages.
Ensuring the maximisation of value recovery, cost control, and cash management.
Protecting Mace\xe2\x80\x99s contractual position.
Preparing financial reports.
Producing final accounts.
Managing the subcontract and materials orders.
Developing commercial awareness of the site team.
Managing a commercial team over several projects.
Working closely with the delivery director for programme delivering strategy.
