Quality/Commissioning Asst. Manager - VRF and Chiller Systems - Dubai Engineering & Technical

Job Overview:

As a product Quality/Commissioning Manager specializing in VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and Chiller systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance in HVAC projects. Your role will be overseeing commissioning activities, and collaborating with project teams to deliver top-notch solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Commissioning Planning:

Develop detailed commissioning plans for VRF and Chiller projects, incorporating system integration and performance testing requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate commissioning activities seamlessly into project schedules.

Inspection and Testing:

Conduct thorough inspections of VRF and Chiller system installations to verify compliance with design specifications.

Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of quality control inspections, commissioning activities, and test results for VRF and Chiller systems.

Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, HVAC engineers, and subcontractors to address quality and commissioning concerns specific to VRF and Chiller systems.

Facilitate effective communication between project teams to achieve seamless integration and functionality.

Training and Development:

Provide training to project teams on quality assurance and commissioning processes specific to VRF and Chiller systems in Academy and project sites.

Stay abreast of advancements in VRF and Chiller technologies, incorporating best practices into project methodologies.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and commissioning challenges related to VRF and Chiller systems.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their quality expectations and commissioning requirements for VRF and Chiller projects.

Participate in client meetings to provide updates on quality assurance and commissioning progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in quality assurance and commissioning management with a focus on VRF and Chiller systems.

In-depth knowledge of VRF and Chiller technologies, standards, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
